Transforming Ski and Snowboard travel is our mission and we stand by the design and manufacturing of our products. 

We want to make sure you love your Diamant Skiing gear just as much as we do —which is why we offer free returns and exchanges on unused items for the first 30 days after purchase.*

We will only accept returns and exchanges on items that have only been lightly tested around the house. 

We suggest testing your gear by doing the following: 

• Pack your boots and lock them into the specialized boot compartment

• Throw in your on-mountain gear

• Add in some base layers into our front duffel pocket

• Throw in your laptop, work essentials, and some (clean) toiletries

• Lock in your helmet with our helmet canopy system

• Throw The Weekend Warrior on your back and give it a spin throughout your hallways (and imagine you are on your way to a sick mountain adventure)!
