Transforming Ski and Snowboard travel is our mission and we stand by the design and manufacturing of our products. 

We want to make sure you love your Diamant Skiing gear just as much as we do — which is why we offer free returns and exchanges on 100% unused items for the first 15 days after purchase*.

We ask that you avoid “change of mind” returns. Please contact us prior to purchasing if you have any questions and we will be able to address them. We can explain how the bag fits, relative weight, boot sizing, and a lot more - we know our bags well.

We will not offer returns due to boot size issues, but you may request an exchange. We know if your boot will fit (if we are wrong, we will of course take care of you).

Returns must be delivered to us within 30 days of Delivery or we will not be able to offer a refund. Customers will be subject to a $5 restock fee.

Customers will be responsible for all shipping fees if we reject a return.

We will only accept returns and exchanges on items that are completely unused an in all original packaging. Any visible damage will not be accepted. We will not make exceptions.

If you’re stuck between two items and want to order both and plan to return the one you don’t like - email us!! We can explain how the products work and this saves us countless dollars in cash we need to survive <3.

All merchandise - such as hats, t-shirts, hoodies, and so forth - is final sale.

*International customers are responsible for any shipping fees associated with a return. Items on sale are not eligible for international returns.

*Items purchased through Kickstarter are only eligible for exchanges if there is damage to the product. Returns will not be accepted for items purchased through Kickstarter.

*Any personalized items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

*Any “final sale” items are not eligible for returns or exchanges (clothing will be eligible for a size-based exchange).

*Any items provided as part of a promotion free of charge are not eligible for return.
