Where do you ship?

As of right now, Diamant Skiing ships to the following countries:

Of (IE), Italy (IT), Latvia (LV), Netherlands, The (NL), Poland (PL), Portugal (PT), Romania (RO), Spain (ES), Sweden (SE), United Kingdom (GB)

How much is shipping?

Diamant Skiing charges for shipping on a per item basis. As a growing company, this cost is paramount to our growth!

For international orders, there is a flat fee for shipping that varies by country. This price will be shown at checkout in USD.

Customs and Import Fees?

If you are shipping to a country outside of the US, you may be charged customs fees. These fees are not calculated at checkout and customers are responsible for all customs, VAT, duty, and tax fees. Failure to pay these fees will delay the release of your product from customs. We will not be able to refund these fees in the case of a return.

When will my order ship?

We do our best to process orders and ship them by the next business day if ordered prior to 5pm EST. However, at times it may take 2 - 3 business days to process your order prior to shipping. This does not apply to any items on pre-order.

Do you do returns?

Yes we do! Please see our Return Policy.

For international returns, the customer is responsible for all shipping fees.

Is there a warranty?

While we do not have an official warranty yet, please contact us if anything happens to your product. We guarantee to do right by you and ensure you enjoy using any of our products.

Where are your products made?

All our products are designed in New York City and developed by master manufacturers in Vietnam and China.
